Thomas A. Wilde
Chairman
Thomas A. Wilde is The Wilde Companies’ sixth President and the fifth Wilde generation to hold this position in the company’s 140-year history. During his 25+ years at Wilde, Tom has been involved in all aspects of direct marketing and response management and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the industry through hands-on experience in strategic marketing, planning/production for direct mail and fulfillment, client service, sales and marketing, results analysis and database marketing.
As Chairman of Wilde Interactive, Tom is responsible for corporate vision and guidance. This ensures that the company’s strategic direction integrates with and supports Wilde Companies’ overall mission of providing a suite of advanced, best-in-class solutions across the marketing services spectrum. Tom holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College, and is a regularly requested presenter and committee member within the direct marketing and fulfillment industry.
Tom is a Board Member of the Mail & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), he is a chair of the Fulfillment committee of the MFSA, and also a past president of the New England chapter. Tom is a member of the Volume Mailers Group, MFSA as well as a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), USPS Postal Customer Council and a Trustee of Dean College in Franklin, MA.

President & Chief Executive Officer
Neal has a proven track record of building and leading brands, teams and businesses and maximizing return on dollar investment. As Wilde Interactive’s President and CEO, he draws upon more than 20 years of experience, having served in sales and executive marketing roles at leading global brands such as L’Oréal and Revlon, as an entrepreneur and independent business consultant; and, most recently, leading the marketing and business development disciplines at Envisa, an eBusiness and technology consulting firm, whose clients include CVS, Smith and Noble, Nuance, PetEdge, Staples, WorkNGear, AT Cross and Ballard Designs.
As President/CEO of Wilde Interactive, he leads the firm’s strategic direction and directs all marketing and business development operations.

Vice President, Strategy & Client Services
Jon has been involved in e-business strategy, design and execution since the earliest days of Web Pages and Internet-based commerce in the early 1990s. He brings with him the unique ability to navigate both the business and technology aspects of projects, and effectively balance the needs of both in order to ensure successful project deliveries. Jon's broad range of knowledge, experience and entrepreneurial style enables him to effectively build and direct cross-functional teams. As Vice President of Wilde Interactive, he is focused on strategic account planning and leveraging the vast capabilities across the Wilde Companies to build and execute world-class customer solutions.
Prior to joining Wilde Interactive, Jon held Director roles in the Internet Solutions/Technology divisions of Digitas and One to One Interactive where he managed multiple development teams and provided consulting for many leading brands including GM, American Express, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, FedEx, IBM, AOL, Disney, and Sovereign Bank.
